Students Exchange 2009 Spandau - Ashdod

Im vergangenen Jahr haben wir 60 Jahre Israel gefeiert - in diesem Jahr wird die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ebenfalls 60 Jahre alt. Gleichzeitig sind es 20 Jahre her, dass die Mauer in Berlin gefallen ist und Deutschland wiedervereinigt wurde.

While last year we celebrated the 60th anniversary of the State of Israel, in 2009 we have two reaons to celebrate in Germany: the 60th anniversary of founding the Federal Republic of Germany, and 20 years ago the wall in Berlin was torn down and Germany re-united.

Am 13. Mai 2009 werden in der Partnerschule Makif Het in Ashdod die beteiligten Lehrkräfte die Termine und das Programm besprechen. On May 13th 2009 Detmar will be in Ashdod and have talks at school about this year's programme.
